Dr. Cranham
Dr.
John C. Cranham has an aesthetic oriented restorative practice in
Chesapeake, Virginia where he resides with his wife and three children.
An honors graduate of the Medical College of Virginia in 1988, Dr.
Cranham maintains a strong relationship with his alma mata, as an
Associate Clinical Professor, teaching in the Graduate Prosthodontics
and AEGD programs. Additionally he was appointed to serve for two
years on the Schools board of advisors.
He has completed
several of the nationally recognized Continuing Education Continuums
(Dawson's Seminar I, II & III, The L.D. Pankey Institute Courses
I through V, and all of the curriculum at The Esthetic Epitiome.
Dr. Cranham
is an internationally recognized speaker on the Esthetic Principles
of Smile Design, Contemporary Occlusal Concepts, Laboratory Communication
, and Happiness and Fulfillment in Dentistry. After two years as
a faculty member for Ross Nash Seminars (The Esthetic Epitome),
Dr. Cranham has founded PRE (Predictable Restorative Excellence)
Seminars which provide a combination of lecture, mobile hands-on
programs, and intensive 2-3 day hands-on experiences at his office
in Chesapeake, Virginia. Additionally he provides Occlusion lectures
for Dr. Larry Rosenthal's Aesthetic Advantage in New York City &
West Palm Beach. A published author, Dr. Cranham has a strong commitment
to developing sound educational programs that exceed the needs of

Requirements:
-half or full day program
It is
extremely important to work with a qualified A/V company, that is
accustomed to setting up for presentations. If they need to talk
with me prior to the program, that would be fine. Below is a list
of the things I will require to give you my very best. I will be
presenting the program from my laptop using a Powerpoint presentation
format. I will require the following:
A Video
Projection Unit with the following specifications:
- Greater
than 1500 ansi-lumens
- XGA or greater
resolution (1024 x 768)
- All cords
necessary to plug into my laptop, and into the projector
For groups
larger than 25 people:
- A cordless
microphone
- A laser
pointer
- 1 Large
Screen, appropriate for the size of the room and audience (consult
with A/V company)
Note:
For groups of 100 or less Dr. Cranham can provide his own projector
for an additional rental fee of $250.00
